Sweet and Synkzone have jointly created a secure case management solution with digital tools to manage cases with sensitive personal and corporate data.
Secure case management with storage of sensitive data, documents and forms
Sweet/ Synkzone offers a solution that is advantageously used for handling cases involving more sensitive information. Sensitive information can be, for example, patient records, company information, personal data, personal financial information, security-classified information or other information that individually or in aggregate requires higher protection. Together, we offer encrypted cloud storage with authentication, access control and secure storage in Sweden. When everything is done, the case is archived with all information completely securely.
How secure case management works
After a user has authenticated in Sweet, through Synkzone, they have access to the cases, files, documents and form responses to which they are authorized.
- At its core, it is a user-friendly and robust case management system where cases can be created in several different ways.
- Sweet and Synkzone integrate user management, which means that Sweet receives information about who has what authorization from there.
- In order to gain access to, for example, a case or a file, you need to belong to the zone* where the information or files are located.
- Someone with authorization can also invite others to access the content, thus ensuring that you only have access to the information you need and are concerned about.
- You can store any type of sensitive data such as files, documents, images, contracts, tasks or Sweet Forms form responses that require protected access in Sweet together with Synkzone.
*Zones are cryptographically separated storage areas that act as groupings where access is controlled for different objects, sounds good right? Yes, it is good!
